whole 30 and I'm like halfway through. Yes you and will. Yeah we're on the whole 30 and

I'm on like day 16 and I I feel great. I had a butter coffee at a huge smoothie I'm very very with it.

Speaking selfishly I'm ready for you guys to be done with Whole 30.

I think a lot of people are sick of a hearing

about it I don't feel like I talk about it that much I just talked about it

your boyfriend does and two y'all are not as much fun you know a lot of people are doing dry January I want to get a

beer with you and I can't do it and it sucks he can just say water or like that's not as

fun yeah okay here's something no way is water or like a sparkling beverage.
