here. Each week I have a girlfriend over and we talk through one of the biggest questions

we have about our lives as women. We're talking about friendships and faith and relationships

is my new friend Heather Boersman. Heather is a speaker, a life coach, and the author

of a brand new book called Letters from a Big Sister. Today Heather's going to teach us

how we can find and be the big sister we've always wanted. I'm so excited about this episode.

In our conversation Heather tells us about her experience with bullying growing up and

about how the big sister figures she had in her life back then kept those experiences

from totally crushing her. Big sisters are so important when we're growing up and they're

so important for us now too. I don't know about you but I long to have a big sister figure

today as much as I did when I was 13 and that's why I'm so excited about this conversation.

Heather's going to walk us through how to find these big sisters in our lives no matter

how old we are and she's also going to teach us how to be great big sisters to the women
