inspired by. Her name is Beth McCord and she's in anyogram coach. Now listen, you may be thinking

uh what coach Stephanie? Well the anyogram is a personality assessment that more and more people

have been talking about and taking leave me. And the way I've come to understand it it's designed to

do two things. First, it helps us get to know ourselves better, which I love. Second, it helps

overcome some of the roadblocks in our lives and become the very best versions of ourselves.

And I love that even more. It also helps us better understand and empathize with the people in

our lives and that is amazing too. Now I don't know how you feel about personality assessments.

Maybe you're a huge fan of them, maybe you've never taken one and maybe you are rolling your

eyes as you think ugh this again, but listen, there is a reason I wanted to share about this in one

of our Girls Night's. God has been using the anyogram in my life in huge ways over the last several

months. I started learning about it and took the assessment back in September and I did it for a few

reasons. But the biggest one was that in a few areas of my life I felt stuck. There were these

frustrations that kept cropping up. These things that kept making me feel sad or hurt or anxious or

insecure. I kept tripping into the same situations and I couldn't find a pattern in any of it.

I felt like I kept running into the same wall and I wasn't sure what the wall even was or how to get
