our significant others and more. We talk about these relationships because A, they can be really tricky

and B, they're super important. These relationships are everything to us. And as I've spent so much time

learning in my own relationships and walking with women through theirs, the thing I've noticed

along the way is that as we become healthier, our relationships do too. It's true. The healthier we are,

the healthier our relationships are and that's why I am so excited to have my friend Deborah Folletta

back on the show today. Deborah is a licensed professional counselor who is also seen and studied and

personally experienced this connection between our health and the health of our relationships.

In fact, she recently just wrote a whole book about it. Deborah's new book is called Are You Really

emotionally, mentally and even physically so that we can recognize where we need some growth and
