Hey friends, welcome to Girls Night. I'm Stephanie May Wilson and I am so happy that you're

we have about our lives as women. We're talking about friendships and faith and relationships

and self-confidence about our calling in life and how to live every bit of our lives to

the absolute full. Life is so much better and easier and absolutely more fun when we navigate

episode. Today we're talking to my new friend Valerie Burton and I am telling you right

1:17.5

now you are going to love her. Valerie is a national best-selling author of 13 books,

1:23.9

an international speaker and a life strategist. Her latest book is called Let Go of the Guilt

1:28.6

and so she is absolutely our go-to person for this topic. Valerie is going to help us

1:33.5

learn to decode our guilt. How to know when our guilt is pointing us to something we need

1:37.3

to fix or apologize for. But also how to know when we're experiencing false guilt. Beating

1:42.8

ourselves up when we absolutely did not do anything wrong. And here's my favorite part.
