I've been reading through it and I'm actually going to dedicate myself. What's in it?

What's in it? Right, so it's like for managing stress and anxiety and just keeping a positive mind.

There's loads of exercises in the beginning, just like general ones you can do whenever.

Like about fucking things you're grateful for and there was like one, it was like this balloon exercise.

And it was like a picture of a balloon and it said, in pencil, write down something that you know you need to let go of or that's like stressing you out or something.

Oh. And then it said, walk to the window and visualize like it floating away on a balloon.

Oh, I like that a lot. Right. And then it said then because you use pencil, then you scrub it out.

You erase it. Yeah. You erase it and then you write something positive.

And it's like this little process. So I don't know maybe we should try it if we need my friend told me that whenever he like journals or gets like you know negative thoughts are out onto paper.

Yeah, he writes them all down like the stress, all of that. And then with a really black ink, like just scribbles it out.

And he says he gets a lot of release from it because it's like I'm scribbling out these words. Like I've got power.

It's like you don't own me. I know what I see that. I see that.

It must work because that balloon thing was like, it's actually in that coming.

And then the day to day thing. So those like activities you can do whenever. But then it's like a daily thing.

So each day in the morning, it's like, you know, my day, it was like my day and it's like my mantra today.

And then I have to do how am I feeling all that kind of shit. And then in the evening on the other side, it's like evening reflections.

And then it's like, how was my day? How was I feeling? What did I achieve? What my what my proud of all that kind of shit.

And I'm fucking going to dedicate myself to doing it because I never do shit like this because I just I'm just all over the place.
