Hello Nick, I hope you and your family are doing well.

Thank you for reading my story featured in episode 305.

For that experience, I had written about the spirit of my grandfather and a sleep paralysis demon as a result of a picture that I had brought home.

I had also mentioned that I have had other experiences from my childhood that I tried to ignore and act like they didn't happen.

However, after following up with my sibling, as well as a friend who had spent the night in my childhood home,

I have confirmed that these things really did happen, and were not just my imagination.

As I also mentioned, I grew up in a Catholic household.

Typically this creates a space of non-belief in ghosts, monsters, and the paranormal in general.

However, as I said, I know I experienced it and had to suppress it.

Recently I was talking to one of my friends who I am still in contact with from my childhood.

We will call her Abby.

We have been friends for 20 plus years.

On this night, Abby and I were on the phone having a wine and chat.

We are both now in our 30s, and were just reminiscing about the past, talking about life,

kids, and careers, etc.

It was a normal girls night chatting.

Eventually I casually mentioned that I thought that it was funny that she had only spent one night at my house the entire time that we'd been living at our home in Idaho.
