But before we get into that, let's talk about the earrings. You want to get into that?

Yeah, I watched the episode of The Real Housewives at Beverly Hills where Erica is in Spain and she apparently got an email from her lawyers and she wanted to share what she

deemed as good news with the rest of her castmates and according to Erica she got good rulings from the court and the way

Erica described it on the show and to her castmates was that the court couldn't prove that the earrings were from client

trust money so the earrings should have never been taken in the first place and

that's pretty close to a direct quote of what Erica said.

Well, I knew that was completely wrong when I saw it.

So as soon as I had the opportunity,

I went back to the actual documents

and did an Instagram post that lays out how that's incorrect.

And there's really only two ways to look at it.

Either Erica knew it was incorrect and she was lying to her castmates and then by a

proxy to the audience when she said that or she didn't understand the orders.

So that money for the earrings was taken out of a client trust account.

The court found that that's undisputed.

And there's really long pleadings that both sides have filed with the court because it was remanded, which means sent back to the bankruptcy court after Erica's appeal.
