cults. If you suspect you might be in an abusive relationship or you have witnessed abuse and weren't sure what you could do to help.

I want to recommend a really great resource which is the hotline.org.

It's the National Domestic Violence Hotline website, and there's a lot of really great information,

including just all of the different ways that abuse can manifest itself.

Sometimes we don't even realize we're being abused until years later,

and abuse doesn't always come in the form of physical violence.

So if you think that you might be experiencing abuse,

or if you suspect that someone you know might be experiencing abuse.

Go to the hotline.org. You can call and talk to someone and you can also just chat

with someone online 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Everyone deserves healthy relationships.
