1:04.0 | Yeah. So it wasn't always this way. It wasn't always living a life of self-love, hence, you know, turn your trauma into |
1:11.9 | drama. And I grew up in a really nice family and everything was really good and I was quite a |
1:21.0 | confident child. And then I went to a school, which was quite strict and quite goal-focused and academic focus, which I know a lot of |
1:32.7 | schools are. And at the same time, my dad left. So my dad left when I was about eight. And I think that |
1:39.6 | kind of rattled me a little bit and he went away and got a new family and I probably felt a bit |
1:45.8 | rejected, didn't know how to handle that. And at school I went into, I think as well with like |
1:53.4 | hormonal teenagers or I went into silence really. I had this very strong, mean girl self-talk, and I went really introvert at school. |
