our Gilmore-inspired romance book club will be reading The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sango Mandana.

This has been described as a warm and uplifting novel about an isolated witch whose opportunity

to embrace a quirky new family and love changes the course of her life.

She goes to a new town to the no warehouse to teach three young witches to control their magic.

And I picked this one,

of course, for the autumnal October witch vibe, but also because we can clearly recognize the

theme of finding a place where you belong and discovering a family you are not born into

who will accept you as you are. A found family of quirky individuals, we are very familiar with that,

are we not? So I'm very excited to read that one. As for where you read, I'll follow, we will be

reading, of course, none other than the third Gilmore Girl by Kelly Bishop. If you're not aware,

this is her memoir that came out earlier this month, is about her time on Broadway and acting,
