Folks, a lot happening in the Gilgo Beach case, the Rex Sherman case.

And of course, we spoke the last time about the press conference given by attorney Johnny Ray, the flamboyant dressing attorney for the family of Shannon Gilbert.

And we understood why Rodney Harrison attended that press conference and why he, in fact, is working alongside flamboyant attorney

Johnny Ray, because he wants to open barriers of communication that were shut years ago

and investigate things that potentially could give the defense reason to create doubt in

this case.

So when this attorney, Johnny Ray, who represents the family of Shannon Gilbert and has been

on this case for 13 years.

If he's not listened to by the police department,

then that potentially could give reason for the defense to find reasonable doubt or to bring that up.

However, someone had a problem with this, namely,

district attorney Ray Tierney. Now, I always questioned, and we've been covering this case from

the beginning, who is in charge? Is it the Suffolk County Police Commissioner Rodney Harrison, or is it district attorney

Ray Tierney?

From my school of thought, the police department runs the investigation.

That's the way it was in New York City.

And you worked with the district attorney's office, but in Suffolk, it seemed like it was the

reverse.

And Ray Tierney took great umbrage at this press conference.
