And of course, what we're going to cover tonight is the press conference of Johnny Ray, he's known as, the flamboyant attorney involved in the Gilgo Beach case for,

I would say, and that's more than 13 years, but specifically he was the attorney for Shannon Gilbert.

Today, I tried to cover the whole press conference.

I got in a little late and I caught about half of it.

And to my surprise, the attorney Johnny Ray had brought forth some new evidence that apparently was unaware to the Suffolk County Police because police commissioner Rodney

Harrison stood by his side during this press conference that was sort of hosted by CBS News.

And some of the things he came up with was somewhat, I would say, shocking, information that we

haven't heard before, information that didn't seem to be vetted by that it wasn't the times,

the how, the what, and the why didn't seem to be verified. And not only do the police go by

the when, the where, the who, the how, the what, and the why. But so do attorneys. That's why the police go by that.
