First, I want to welcome any of you who might be here for your first time.

And to all the rest of y'all, I just want to say thanks for coming back round.

If you've been listening to the show for long enough,

you might remember in the past,

I had this kind of meditation I would do

right at the beginning of an intro like this,

where I would wonder what you're doing right now

while you're listening to this.

I would imagine you driving in your car or taking a walk or having a

jog or maybe sitting at your kitchen table. And I haven't done that in a long while and just now

when I went to think about that, think about, I wonder

whoever is listening to this, what are they doing right now while they're listening to this?

I thought, I wonder if they're still in lockdown. Or I imagine you might still be taking a walk

right now while you're listening to this

and I thought I wonder if they're wearing a mask while they're taking a walk or do we not wear

masks when we're walking you know I mean just I just realized that like next month will mark

one complete year since my personal life went into lockdown because of the

pandemic. And I remember maybe like two or three months in, I was having a conversation with someone, I don't remember who,

but they were like a doctor, I believe,
