You know, he told me he was a widower that he had lost his wife and his daughter in a car accident

which had happened 10 years ago and then I shared that I was a widow as well, and that I had lost Kevin almost three years ago.

This is Karen Miller. She's 68 years old, retired, and living in Simi Valley, California. And I had a deep amount of

empathy for him thinking that he lost a wife and a child.
