(Acts 1:8) How to receive this gift? By asking for it! (Luke 11:13) Laying on of hands! (Acts 19:6) We pray in tongues at will “I will” When we speak in tongues it’s void of human meaning but we have faith that the Holy Spirit adds heavenly meaning to it. Hinderance of receiving tongues: 1. Overthinking 2. Pride 3. Fear 4. Inaction

0:08.3	And today I want to specifically touch on the subject of tons or a gift of tons as one of the one of the gifts that Holy Spirit has for us.
0:17.2	And I want us to kind of dissect this gift and the baptism of fire the feeling of the
0:23.3	Holy Ghost why it's important and why do we need to exercise that gift of speaking in tons and
0:29.6	speak praying in spirit amen and so today we specifically dedicate this service that after this message that we're going to pray for those of you that want to receive that gift.
0:42.6	And those of you that still think like, oh yeah, I can get by.
0:45.6	Hopefully this message will convince you to hunger and thirst for the gift and desire.
0:52.0	And if you do, the Bible says that you will receive it.
0:58.5	Amen? And today we will pray attend on the service and you will receive that gift in Jesus mighty name and so the gift of speaking in tons we receive Holy Spirit on the day of our salvation.
1:15.1	Sometimes people, and I've made a mistake, and sometimes just the way even preachers
1:19.7	worded, that you receive the Holy Spirit when you are baptized in the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues.

1:32.1	that we are sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of our salvation.
1:40.3	And so when we are saved, when we are saved when we are saved we are we receive the Holy Spirit
1:50.6	but when we are baptized in the Holy Spirit we released the Holy Spirit we release his

2:03.1	And in John chapter 20 verses 22, he says that Jesus and with that he breathed on them and said, receive the Holy Spirit.
2:17.1	We see that in that instance, disciples, they received the Holy Spirit. We see that in that instance, disciples, they received the Holy Spirit
2:21.9	in their spirit, but they were not speaking in tons yet. They were not baptized in the Holy Spirit.
2:28.4	And that's why Jesus stole the disciples when he was leaving to make sure that you wait in Jerusalem
