And hey, we cannot wait to share another one with you in fact today we are going to be in the

old testament in judges chapter six talking about your boy Gideon. Now Matt, have you hung out with any Gideon's lately?

I have not. You know, I don't know that I've ever met a Gideon in real life, have you?

I have multiple times over church reps will come and they'll give us

little baby Bibles and we'll give them out to our our congregation and we'll ask for some donations to go to the Gideon's and

then they supply Bibles all over the world. I literally thought you were talking

about guys named Gideon. Well that's our different that's how you think versus how I think.

Yeah just a man name Gideon. You're thinking a ministry. We're recording this

episode in response to a Facebook message and I will pull it up as I'm talking right now the person who asked but she said that she was teaching a Sunday school class and it was coming up and she asked if we had any

podcast on your boy Gideon and I said no we do not.

So I pointed her to a video.

There's a nonprofit called Bible Project,

and they do a, it's a really neat overview of every book of the Bible and they've got a podcast and anyway it's a

neat introduction to things but I told her no we didn't have anything Ashley Cannon is her name and then I thought well why

why not why not us right why not why not and here's one of the things this may be a bit of a block for me because this was I

preached a message from judges six and seven when I was in word of life they had a competition called I think it was

teens alive doesn't that sound just right in the 90s early 2000 yeah

teens alive you had to be alive in order to be in this ministry. That's requirement
