football giants podcast the big blue banter podcast um yeah the giants disgusting performance

reminiscent of some jake from type days the jo judge type days at least on my end, though, Nick, thankfully, not God, but thankfully, they did not win this football game.

I had zero interest in winning this football game.

I would have been actively disappointed and disgusted if they won this game because we've learned over the years, beating backup quarterbacks in seasons like this when you're two and 12 and the game means nothing for you doesn't help your future. There is no culture built from these wins. We don't have to debate it anymore. We know it. We lived it. We watched it with judge years. We watched it with blah, blah, blah, we watched it over the last 10 years. So this win meant nothing to the Giants.

I don't care what they say. Players would have been happy. Great for them. It meant nothing to

their future success. The loss may not help us either, by the way, Nick. It's not a guarantee,

but it's possible at least. At least the loss possibly helps the Giants by improving their

draft position, which helps them potentially become a better football team. The Giants now with this loss and with the Titans winning the game today have created a little bit of space too for what could be the second pick, which is still, I think, the likely scenario, the Giants beating the Raiders next week. As crazy as it sounds, watching the Giants lose games like this. The Raiders are just a god

awful garbage football team with no offensive line. So I don't think they're going to be able to

win that game. But you never know. The Giants could lose that game. But I think the real sad thing

about today, Nick, was just watching it because, you know, we're talking about a game that after

sacks, including the sacks, there was 139 total yards passing between both offenses,

man. Like, Dart had 13 yards passing 33, but 13 after the sacks. The Vikings had 126 yards

passing after the sacks. It was just bad football, man. And it's really sad that we're subjected
