We were joined by Swansea legend Lee Trundle, who climbs into

the ring for the first time tomorrow. He's part of a bill of footballers boxing for the

first and possibly only time. And he's taking it seriously. He certainly has, as we'll discover.

We talked a bit of football as well. James Richardson of Football, a tally of fame,

is one of the hosts at the Grand Sumo tournament taking place at the Royal Albert Hall at the moment. He filled us in on what's going on backstage and how he's found it all. Carl Donnelly is a comedian and Spurs fan. He's about to go on his 14th solo tour. He's had a tough year, I think he's said to say. but he's found comedy in it and he popped in and saw us.
