Yeah.

Preparing for a wild card game.

A lot has happened since then. Yeah. Are you, you know, you've been on good teams, you've been on bad teams. Are you as shocked as most people by the record right now? I am. I am shocked. Well, you know, I wouldn't be as shocked to say they were 500 right now, you know, good teams can have bad years you know or just injuries or just underperformance or you

know just one of those years where things go wrong you know good teams have

those years but I couldn't imagine them being, you know, 30-something games

out of first place with a third worst record in all of baseball.

I didn't think it could get that bad because in all reality, there hasn't been a ton of injuries.

Yeah, that's a funny thing people talk about.

Like, they really haven't been. There hasn't. There's bum garner. There's been the concussions, but it hasn't been brutal. It hasn't been brutal. It hasn't been brutal. Like, you'd think that, you know, in order to play this bad and be this bad record-wise that you'd have to lose a Buster Posey and a Brandon Crawford and a Madison Bumgarner, which they did, But, you know, a position player of significance would have to be out for a season. Yeah. You know, kind of like we saw it with Buster back in I think 11 or 13. I can't remember what year it was. But, you know, but yeah, but geez, it's just, it's just one thing after another as far as, like, field stuff just you know no one's really met

expectations this year I mean you could maybe say Buster has but you know the surprises you know

have been tie blocked the guys the bright spots have been guys that you didn't expect you know

coming into the year to have good years

or be part of the team.

So, yeah, definitely a frustrating year if you're a giant fan and if you're a player.

But I think they all realize that they're better than this and they can turn the corner

pretty quick.
