Black Monday. We've had some years where there's just been heads rolling here and there. That

has not happened today. Remember, there were jobs that were vacated in season, so you have to

take that into account. Those are open jobs. And then, of course,

Jacksonville opened. We still have to wait and see what happens in Vegas with Antonio.

And then see what happens with the Cowboys with McCarthy. Now, the Bears have asked for the right to talk to McCarthy.

McCarthy has it in his contract that if this doesn't get a contract renewal, he is allowed

to talk to teams in about, I think, another week, somewhere right around there.

If the Cowboys allow McCarthy to talk to the Bears,

then I think his days and Dallas are over.

Okay?

And I think it's 50-50,

whether they're going to keep him or not.

Even Jerry Jones gave you a left-hand, right-hand.

Yeah, I like what he's done.

I don't know if we should keep.

He admitted that he was talking out of both sides of his mouth yesterday after he met the media.

I can see why the Bears want a guy like McCarthy.
