The Giants 2019 offseason is in its early stages still, but with the Senior Bowl wrapped up, this is Big Blue Banter.

I'm Dan Steyer with CBS Interactive, 24-7 Sports, and I'm with my co-host today, Nick Turchin, cover one, and we're going to be talking a lot today.

We're going to be diving into Nick's experience at the Senior Bowl,

what he learned watching practices, what he learned on tape. We're going to do a little preview

of the free agent market, at least on the offensive line, offensive tackle, offensive guard,

center position. And we're also going to catch you up on Giants News and take a quick look,

at least a brief look at where we stand right now with the number six overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft. And then last, of course, our favorite part of the show. We're going to dive into the questions from you. This is a great show today. We got a lot of questions from you that I'm excited about. But first, Nick, I want to know what was your overall experience? And don't dive into the players yet, but what was your first experience like at the senior goal?

It was awesome. It was a great eye-opening experience to go down there. I was there from early

Monday morning through Wednesday night, basically. Or no, sorry, it was Thursday morning at that point.

I missed Thursday's practice. So I missed one day of practice but two days of practices

my first real NFL event as accredited media guy so being able to kind of go

wherever you wanted to go and it's kind of the mobile basically everyone

descends and takes over mobile and when i say everyone meaning everyone from

vendors to agents to to former players my first guy i walked and i saw was a j mccarran pulling
