Welcome back. It's the Big blue banter. New York Giants football podcast. Pardon me for not

speaking so loudly right now. I am recording from my best friend's house down in Florida.

I'm visiting him. He had a baby now his second baby. So there are two babies sleeping

in a couple rooms down. So I have to be a little tame, even though the last thing I want to do is be tame right now after that ridiculously thrilling Giants victory today. I mean, I said it after on Twitter, Nick. I can't remember the last time I felt like that watching a Giants game. Sure you can point to the Ravens win. Sure you can point to the victory before that against the Packers as fun, big time wins. But this is a different feeling. This is a feeling of, okay, we're 5 and 1, we can win any game. We're in this insanely close game. And then craziness ensues in the fourth quarter. First, the Giants have another fourth quarter comeback touchdown drive. Then this insanely long drive to

stop them at the end by the Giants. I felt like it was lasting 13 minutes of just pure, intense pain

and just nervous, nervous energy cruising and sifting through my body to the point where they're just

like, oh, they converted a third, a fourth, and 15.

My God, oh, 15-yard penalty to boot. Now they convert a pass all the way. It felt like I got reminders of years ago, Wisconsin, when they had Russell Wilson for the one year, we played Michigan State in a game that meant everything. And Michigan State threw a pass that went all the way to the one. and they actually got the ball across the red zone

and across the line for a touch on.

The Giants today rallied with Fabian Moreau and Xavier McKinney and others to prevent that ball from crossing the end zone plane. And once again, the Giants come out victorious in a game where they were underdogs. They're now 5-0 as Vegas underdogs on the season.

They're now 6-1 on the season.

And in addition to that, Brian Daibel became the first Giants head coach

to start his career, 6-1, Nick, since 1929.

I mean, 1929, people weren't born in it.
