Hello, Mary Catherine.

I'm doing okay on the mend.

First of all, thank you for thanks to our listeners who are concerned about my back.

And somebody said for me, I apologize, I don't have it in front of me.

So one of our fine listeners, I can't remember which one had said, heating pad, cold packs and quote unquote,

light gardening. Light gardening. It took me a couple of seconds to figure out what he meant by

that. Keep it light, people. Much appreciated. But it is. I'm on the men, so that is good.

And a little discombobulated.

We're doing a getting hammered after dark because of our trip.

Today has been an adventure.

Yesterday was an adventure.
