Well, maybe tonight, Friday, August 15th is the night the Mets and the Yankees

fix their seasons because it is crazy how they have mirrored each other.

June 13th, a Friday, 2025, Yankees in first place, Mets in first place.

All is right in the world.

And since then, they haven't been mediocre.

They've been bad.

Right now, they have the exact same record, 64 and 57. They are both a half game up for the last

wild card spot on teams from Ohio, and they are now five and six games out of first place,

respectively. So this has been a bad fall for both teams, but maybe Friday, August 15th, with the Mets taking

on the Mariners and what I like to call the almost 2000 World Series and the Yankees

taking on the Cardinals and what I like to call the almost 1996 World Series, maybe this

will get the teams going.

How about a potential moment tonight's city field too?
