1:08.2	that people wouldn't think about is the amount she cares about the quality of her restaurants because they seem like you know they're giant or it's the big one is giant it's in Vegas
1:20.0	it's right on the strip people might just think oh another TV chef in Vegas but she has fought her whole career to prove to people that she's an actual cook an actual chef
1:30.4	Yeah, that seems to be a theme of her career is people not taking her seriously, not having her trying to fight against it.
