So, I was in Charlton coming back from the Lido. It's very suburban. There's no one really around.

This guy walks towards me, noticed him looking at me, but didn't think anything of it.

And then there was this beat as we walked past each other. And through my headphones, I heard him say,

excuse me, how old are you? Right. And I was like, that is seriously weird.

But I will answer honestly.

So, you know, despite being a bit confused, I was like, I'm 29, how old are you?

And he said, I'm 24.

And I was thinking, this is the weirdest interaction I've ever had with another person.

At which point, he goes, look, I'm really sorry to do this, but can I get your number? And I am dating. You know, he was kind of cute and I was like, yeah, go on. You know, I could have changed a digit, but I was like, to hell with it. I'll give him my number. So I come home and I think, oh my God, someone just asked me out on the street. Like,
