Let me ask you a question. Have you ever been ghosted before? You know a friend is

supposed to meet you and how to know where they just pull a no-show or maybe it's a

date, a business meeting? I've been there. To be honest, I don't like it. When someone

ghosts us and we know it wasn't an emergency because at first we're like, oh no,

what is something bad happened? And then we get a text like four or five hours

later like, oh sorry. This happened or nothing really happened. They just have a

horrible excuse. Majority of the time we're like, oh, FU, you know, we see this

person as less reliable and that they don't respect our time and what is most

precious to us. It's our time. It's our energy. It's our presence. And I realize

that when we get into a habit and a cycle of people pleasing, this is the same

energy that we cultivate. It's a big FU disrespect to ourselves. And today we're

going to heal the people pleasing past the persons many of us have become. Because

my friend, I believe that there is too much opportunity and potential out there for

you to be ghosting ourselves. When we can't show up for ourselves, we ghost

ourselves. We leave self in the shadow. You know, I used to do this thing and I say

used to as I'm still getting better at it. But let's say me and an individual we

planned to meet up for some tea. Someone haven't seen in a long time or maybe

somebody completely knew. And now let's say the distance between me and them is

about 45 minutes, a drive. Now for some reason, I would always drive 80% of the

way and have them meet me 20% of the way. Just to make the trip easier for them, I

don't mind driving, you know, traffic doesn't annoy me. But truthfully, it would

actually be better if it was just 50-50 if we met somewhere in the middle. But for
