Her books include Dirk Quigbee's Guide to the Afterlife, Electric Detective, Pandora's

card game, and The Truth of Fiction and Blood Prism. King has won numerous awards

and fellowships for art, writing, and environmental research.

She was the founding director of the Esperanza Community Housing's Art and Science Program.

Worked as an artist and residence in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and the J Paul Getty

museums and Science Centers Arts and Science Development Program.
