And then they came back. And then at about four o'clock, it became clear that they would not be returning with the verdict.

And rather than coming and working or juroring, juroring, deliberating tomorrow Thursday as Judge Allison Nathan suggested, they said, no, we want to enjoy the long weekend with our families.

We shall be returning a Monday to the shock and awe of many a commentary.
