or whatever when they make the big arrests the mafia guys etc and the prosecutor comes out

they've got the the big board behind them with all the information on it they had to have a reason

to charge these people.

They have to have some evidence.

You don't need a grand jury testimony to do that.

Lay out the evidence you had, which is why you charged them.

So this judge from Florida, this federal judge in Florida said that they can't release

it because of the current law, the 11th

circuit precedent doesn't allow the disclosure.
