Today is a big and controversial news day for legal and political buffs.

We've seen the confirmation process for Judge Barrett going forward. We're seeing the Maxwell

tapes revealed and disclosed. Thank God for that I want everything disclosed. We're

seeing more disclosures relating to 100 Biden and Joe Biden, those will come up in the debate.

We're seeing action relating to Google and Facebook and Twitter and finally you're going to hear my point of view on the

Brianna Taylor case CNN's wrong those people who have been criticizing the prosecutor are wrong. The

prosecutor got it right. You may think I'm wrong, so listen to the dirt show.

Lots of the legal news and constitutional news this morning of the final debate that's scheduled for tonight with the mute buttons. We'll see how that goes but before we get to the

debate and whether it will focus on Hunter Biden and some of the new revelations

regarding Hunter Biden and even Joe Biden.

Before we get to that, let's just summarize

some of the important news items of this morning.

The Senate Judiciary Committee, in a strictly partisan vote sent the nomination of Judge Barrett to the floor of the Senate

where it will receive a confirmation. The Democrats refuse to show up. They boycott it. Instead,

they put pictures in their seats like in

ballpark games today. Pictures of people who would suffer if the

Affordable Care Act were to be ruled unconstitutional and we're no longer to be operative.

So I think we can soon expect that we will have a ninth justice to the Supreme Court of the United

States.

That raises a profoundly troubling question
