Normally if you guys are used to the show, you know that I usually do some sort of interview on Thursday

throw down, whether it's one of our mastermind members, whether it's somebody in the

limelight in some way shape or form, and sometimes hey it's just me and

I mean, I'm going to give you the high level in this particular podcast.
