I have a question for you.

What do you share on social media?

If you're anything like me, I spend a lot of time listening to podcasts when I have

downtime, like after the holidays, on the weekends, part of my slow morning routine.

I've noticed that I'm consuming podcasts during these times in a really personal way.

I feel like I know podcasts host differently than I know people I follow on social media.

As a result of that, I started examining what I share on social media and then what I

share on the podcast.

There is a bit of crossover, but it's different and it's not exactly the same.

So I want you to know that going into this particular episode, I'm going to be sharing

a few things that I don't normally share on social media.

I'm doing this because this space here in your earbuds or as you cook or as you walk,

as you exercise, as you're with your dog or in the backyard or along the dock or shopping,

whatever the case may be, wherever you and I are in this moment, I look at that.

As a sacred space.

And I know that you're sharing with me, that is the most valuable to either of us.

That's your time.

And so I just want to reiterate, I've spoken about this on the podcast before.

How do you share without sharing too much on social media or how do you share without

being awkward or how do you not cross that line with sharing too much on social media?

And I've always practiced and this is what I always teach.
