But yeah, we'll get to know you a little bit today. Before we do, though, I don't know if this is really news, but I had a question for you guys because I saw yesterday Tyson Barry signs a PTO.

Calgary. It was Calgary. Calgary. It was Calgary. Yeah. And today, Dominic Kubalik ends up signing in Switzerland. So it's getting into September. it's getting to that time where players got to start making decisions on if they want to get contracts or do PTOs or what they want to do.

My question is, I'm sure the abs will sign some PTOs, whatever.

Are they have serious about adding another player?

Do they feel like they have a roster spot they need to fill?

Or do you think the abs are just going to kind of sign some guys and see what happens?

I was talking to AJ this morning, and that's the beauty of PTOs, right?

I think that if you're a guy might look good on paper, you know, because you've kind of liked him

over the years.

Tysonberry, Kubelik, those are great names.

I mean, I love, I loved Kubi when he was in Chicago. He was a huge part of it. When I saw that this morning, I was like, whoa. Well, that's a time change fast. But that's a decision you make too as a player, right? You know, I mean, it's like, hey, what do I have on the table? Do I want to go Kiwi Ranta style last year fight for a contract?

You know, doesn't always work out for guys.

You had Phil Kessel last year that was waiting and then all of a sudden goes to, you know, Vancouver's farm team and, you know, then they end up not giving them a contract or whatever it is, right? Yep. Uh, you're at the crossroads at some point in your career as a veteran player, uh, but that's the beauty of PTS because you're not bound to anything. So it's more like, I've always said as long as in the front office, you're, you're honest with the player. Because usually you're dealing with a veteran type player. You don't want to lead him the wrong way. You also don't want to, you know, have that name behind it. And in the sense that people say you're full of crap and, you know I mean all that kind of stuff and because you have
