brain just said, no, no, no, I want to continue to worry and obsess and be pissed off. But, you know,

I said I would say, well, the sky is a lovely shade of blue you know something really

simple like that or I you know somebody smiled at me today and that felt good you

know like and just those little moments were just enough because it's to me it's

about a trend line you know sort, sort of, it's almost like, you know, like you investing in a stock,

you know, like I want my stock to kind of continually rise. I don't care what dollar value it is right now,

but I just want it to be kind of going up until the right even if

that's a slight up into the right and the same is true of my mood like I just want my mood

to be better now than I was a few minutes ago then you know that's amazing.
