Hello, hello, everyone. Welcome or welcome back to In Bloom Podcast. My name is Al Yasselin, and I'm the host of this podcast. This week, I'm so excited to be talking to you guys about something that I am personally going through. I feel like I have been going through for some time. And I know I will continue to go through for the rest of my life in different phases of life.

And that is navigating gray areas.

And gray areas freaking suck, especially when you're in your 20s.

And there are people all around you who seemingly have things figured out.

And when we have all this social media at our fingertips and we see people

our age who are more successful or more happy or whatever have the things that you know we want

for ourselves and maybe it's not even about that and maybe it's just about feeling content in the moment and just

longing for that because I definitely know when I get in these gray areas where I'm just like

all right what's going on where am I going what's next and where am I and I just truly feel so confused because I'm so confused about

what's next for me. And at the same time, I can't really enjoy where I'm at because I'm so

worried about what's next for me because it's so uncertain. And having a certain level of uncertainty,

I think that we can all tolerate a little bit of uncertainty, some of us better than others.

But once it passes a certain threshold, in my opinion, it gets to the point where it just sort of

interlaces itself through every fiber of your existence.

And you can't really make decisions and you can't move forward and you can't be present

without the reminder of that uncertainty always being there.

And it can get really, really overwhelming to deal with.
