Brick and mortar businesses are essentially companies that operate entirely or partially out of a physical space. Many businesses entirely work via the internet. These companies usually test what's best for their business based on how their customers interact with the product that is being provided. Businesses typically conduct surveys or questionnaire that provide feedback based what this consumer what like to experience with this company. Usually, restaurants, gas stations and beauty solons will continue to utilize brick and mortar buildings (or physical building) in order to serve their clients and customers.
