I watched the special last night. It's a story. And then I was listening to the podcast as I got ready. And in my car, that's also a story. Really enjoyed listening to a podcast this morning. Yeah. I'm sure you saw my Instagram stories. I did. So I'm actually a really big fan of Chip and Joe. Like fixer up where I've been watching. Yeah, I cuss a little. Yeah, I do. Like I love that show. I've actually watched it like for years. Before they were famous, I really feel like I was on to them early. Remember like the whole Christina hack, like the drama. You were on to them.

Like, you were... I was watching season one. You were among their fans that before they became, like, the coolest people in town. And they had, like, you know, eight seasons of this great show where they were just, like, flipping houses in Waco. She kind of invented that, like, modern farmhouse style. And they don't do the show anymore. They've become really successful with their like billion dollar TV network, homeware line.

They make everything paints. So they don't do seasons of fixer upper anymore, but they do these sort of like specials that are on HBO max. And I watched one. It was like the lakehouse where they just were doing like an investment property for Magnolia. They bought this fancy lake house in like this lake town in Waco and they flipped it.

It was really not my style, but it was nice to see Chip and Joe back at it again, you know? And it was nice also because usually they work with budgets and this was their own project and they really just like went nuts. Like let's add windows. Like they just were going nuts. And at the end I was like, okay, that was kind of ugly. But I enjoyed the process. So there was another one. Chip and Joe, fixer upper, Colorado Mountain House. Their house? So they tell the story about how they recently got into skiing and the kids love it so much and then spending a lot of time in Colorado. I've since learned that it's Aspen. I was just guessing Tully Ride because they don't seem like Aspen type of people. And Chip was like, they're fancy now they, but they're not. That's the thing. Even this

house. Yes. Okay. So I looked it up online. It was five million dollars to purchase, but like that's three dollars in Aspen, like five million dollars. And it was just so them. Like they have unlimited money. And Chip was like, I found this house like, let's go look at it. And it was like a rundown cottage on a mountain by a river like and she was like I love it and I'm like girl if I had that
