I kind of need to talk through right now. Maybe I'm struggling with it a little bit. So let's get

into today's advice session. Number one, advice on how to handle mood swings. I really like that you

say how to handle mood swings rather than stop them because I don't

think it's realistic to tell you how to stop having mood swings. They're so automatic. They're so

normal. I would say everyone deals with them. There's so many factors that contribute to having

mood swings, whether that be changes in your life, new life

events, stress, your hormones, your medication. For me, I experience really intense mood swings

when I am dehydrated, when I haven't slept enough, when I'm not eating enough.

Like I get so hangary when I don't eat enough.

Like my boyfriend can attest to this.

I become a raging bitch.

I think the best thing for you to do to handle your mood swings is to take care of yourself. Listen to your body and what your body needs

because if you're not communicating with your body, if you're not taking care of your body,

if you're dismissing your needs, you're going to have those mood swings. It's your body reacting
