If you guys have been listening to Jesse for a while, you've probably heard me come on every Tuesday and in addition to that.

I filled in for Jesse from time to time when he's needed to take a day off.

And he asked me to come on here for election day. I was super happy to do so. Of course, we've got tons to talk about like usual.

Before we get into all that quickly, if you haven't heard me before, just a little bit about myself.

Like Jesse, I'm a veteran of the US Armed Forces. I was a Air Force parra-escu-man or PJ as they're commonly called.

And I love that job. It was great. Did all the Hu-Yah commando stuff. And then after that, I worked overseas for a long time as a US government contractor for various government agencies.

Doing security stuff was in and around the Middle East stuff for many years and kind of been around a little bit.

And now I host a podcast and we basically focus mostly on international news and oddities.

I've always felt that the international news was something that was criminally neglected in the United States, especially in this day and age of Trump, where everything has to be Trump-centric.
