It's synonymous with every adventure I do, you know, sky diving, backcountry skiing, blue hole scuba diving,

that first step really is the hardest. But the reason I take it is the reason why you should take it,

which you probably already know is that that

last step is ten times better than the first and that feeling you get of

accomplishment and just success and the fact that you're alive or the fact that you know you wrote that book or you you ran that marathon is just absurd that is it's a drug in itself.
