know the drill. Today, I'll be hopping all over the place. I know that your time is valuable and I'll make sure that it's fruitful for you. A lot of people that I talk to that are business owners go through this weird phase of second guessing themselves. And I guess I shouldn't say weird phase. I think it's a phase that we all go through and sometimes it's day to day and sometimes,

you know, we hit a groove and we feel good and, you know, things are smooth.

But quite frequently during the build phase for me, I was second guessing myself over and over and over.

And this is a phase of just pure struggle where you have to will yourself

every single day to show up on a day to day basis. Sometimes it's moment by moment, not even day by day.

Sometimes you're just talking yourself into, you know, staying in the fight and not quitting in

that moment so that you have the opportunity to even show up, you know,

the next day and see what the next day brings to you. And it's okay. You know, a lot of people talk

about big vision, understanding what your goals are. All of that is great because it gives us a

destination. We don't know the path unless we know where we're trying to go. And so we

have to have a target. The majority of people that I talk to that own businesses don't even really

know what their 12-month goal is. They don't know what they're trying to accomplish, except for they

want more. And they end up getting stuck in maintenance mode. They're just kind of maintaining the

current income that they have because they're not really showing up with intention.

They're showing up to whatever day, if it's Monday, Tuesday, whatever day it is, and they're dealing with whatever problems that day brings.
