Hey everybody and welcome back to Monday's podcast.

Now, if you listened to us last week, then you know that we were going to be doing a podcast on self-care this week.

If you have not seen our YouTube video on

self-care, we do have that up on our YouTube channel right now, but actually we are going to be doing

a 180 because you know what? That's life. And I had a major tweak bomb this week where I did not

record a self-care podcast and there were many

hurdles and one of the hurdles was indeed my own heart so there she blows with that um but today

we're going to be doing a different podcast on actually resolving conflict because guess what else this week we had to resolve

some conflict regarding the heart okay and the heart's intentions and failures and messups and

you know we all go through times there we have to resolve conflict with somebody.

And sometimes you just want to hold it on to that bitterness because, you know,

the other person doesn't deserve forgiveness, right?

That's how it feels.

But before we get into this, we did want to mention that we still have our coupon code

My mom kind of has a personal testimony to it. Yes. So I actually have done some counseling sessions with faithful counseling. And what I really

loved about it was that you can actually put in like different qualities that you're looking

for in a counselor in specialties, male, female, if they have experience, tackling different issues. And so I really

loved that idea that I could go through and kind of pick the one I wanted. And then during this

COVID season, it was really applicable anyway since I couldn't leave my house for counseling,
