I want to end this season two in the same way we began it on an episode heavily focused

on development and growth. My guest today is Nathan Ingram. I first

met Nathan about four years ago when he was a keynote speaker at a conference. He shared

something that changed my life. And since that time, he's been a mentor and coach in my life

and in my business, and I cannot speak highly enough about him. He's someone that I really look up to

because he understands balance, focus, and strategy in a way that most people in today's world just don't understand.

Nathan, thank you for being here today. Hey, Alex, I appreciate the opportunity. Yeah, you've

referred to yourself as an expert.

I've heard you speak a handful of times and you've said, I am an expert.

Can you explain what you mean by that?

Yeah, the only reason I start with that usually is I found this great quote by a physicist

named Dr. Nealz-Bor who said that an expert is a person who has found out by his own painful

experience, all the mistakes that one can make in a very narrow field. And by that definition
