0:05.3	You you can't get certifications be personally. No, I have an MBA. You know, my
0:12.4	sister's a nurse. My sister works with me and her partners. She's an RN, you know. But me,
0:18.8	myself, I'm the MBA. I do the I did the financial part. She did the clinical part and it just
0:25.2	kind of worked out. That's actually pretty exciting for entrepreneurs that are watching because
0:31.2	you don't have to like go to school and get certified as long as you have a hard to help people
0:34.7	and you kind of like understand the matter which we will go through. I think it could be a
0:41.3	a lucrative a lucrative business that allows you to kind of operate out of, you know,
0:48.7	a sense of purpose too. So tell me about so where were you doing before these group homes?
0:53.4	I was in banking. Really? Before I started the group home, I was actually working for Wells Fargo.
0:59.5	Shout out to my Wells Fargo. People don't like that bank, but what year was this?
1:05.1	2015. 2015. So walk me through like getting, you know, where did you get the idea from and how
1:12.4	did you start getting into it? Well, I had an assistant living home like I said, I was taking
1:17.2	care of senior clients. You own it? Yes. Why are you working at Wells Fargo? Yes. Yes, I was doing
1:24.2	both. I was working. It was me and a partner. We were doing 12 hours, 12 hours, 12 hours,
1:30.3	seven days a week and I was working Wells Fargo doing it. What? So I took the nice shift because I
1:36.8	had to work Wells Fargo to get my business going. You know, I had to. When did you sleep? I slept.
1:45.6	I took like cat naps. I would I would leave for lunch and take a nap. I would take a nap. I
1:52.6	would come home. I would shower. I would get dressed. I would go to work and then I would take a
1:57.2	nap in the middle of the night. How long did you do this? About a year. Really? Yeah. Okay, so we
2:05.5	got it back even further. How did you get into the assistant living facility? Talking with the
2:12.5	friend, she, which was the RN and me and her were like, let's, let's try to get into this group
