Summary

Klein.Ally.Show on KROQ is more than just a "dynamic, irreverent morning radio show that mixes humor, pop culture, and unpredictable conversation with a heavy dose of realness." (but thanks for that quote anyway). Hosted by Klein, Ally, and a cast of weirdos (both on the team and from their audience), the show is known for its raw, offbeat style, offering a mix of sarcastic banter, candid interviews, and an unfiltered take on everything from culture to the chaos of everyday life. With a loyal, engaged fanbase and an addiction for pushing boundaries, the show delivers the perfect blend of humor and insight, all while keeping things fun, fresh, and sometimes a little bit illegal.

Let's not waste any time. We have a brand new episode of Klein Alley Show to share with you, so let's get into it.

0:34.8

No, Klein. First, we have to talk about San Bernardino International Airport and how they've got you covered this summer whether you're traveling to San Francisco or Provo, Utah. What do you want? Sit in traffic on the side of the five freeway and smell that cow manure? Of course you don't. Skip the drive and fly hassle-free. The San Bernardino International Airport, the only airport on the planet that we wholeheartedly recommend.

1:10.7

And it's convenient. You got low-cost parking five bucks a day. And speaking of hassle, here's another episode of Klein Alley Show. Two left. Two tickets to 21 pilots, K Rock's private show. Give them away at some point this morning. And a lot of people ask on the text line, please just tell me how to get them. I'll do anything, I'll pay anything. You just have to keep listening.

2:01.5

You'll have a chance later this morning to take part in the klein alley show quiz win yourself into the show and uh can't wait to get together with everyone tomorrow night at that private k-rock event that's right stop throwing your money at us we can't take it i wish we could legally and even morally i would have no problem taking bribes from listeners but we are just not allowed we not above it, but yeah, I can't do it. Klein, how often do you get good sleep? Give me a percentage. In the last decade? And then let me tell you about the new 80-20 sleep rule that you're supposed to follow. The 80-20 sleep method. 80-20 sleep method. See, here's the thing. Just like I've noticed at CVS over the years, the sleep aisle has gotten to aisles now. It used to be one little section, and now it just keeps on going. There's multiple purple aisles. Nobody is sleeping cold turkey. Nobody's sleeping with nothing. and even if it's just a little bit of melatonin, but the people you talk to, even friends,

2:02.5

people in your circle,

2:01.5

everyone's on some kind of cocktail at this point right i'm sure what's going on

2:06.8

is i'm not a conspiracy guy but i i have a feeling that probably because of just how much we're

2:11.9

looking at screens phones our brains are totally wired like it's the same way that like when you go

2:17.1

to vegas right there's just so much stimulation that you're just not tired. It's an amazing place. I could be in my house. It's an amazing place. Because I'm so overly stimulated because of all of the lights and, you know, the neon and everything like that that I just am not tired. And sure, there's all the rumors that are pumping oxygen in the casinos and everything like that. But I just have no, that part of me that would shut down at some point in the day doesn't happen in Vegas. And I think that that is now happening to us in our own houses on a regular basis because we are just constantly looking at so much stuff during the day. So none of us can sleep at night. So I would imagine no people are getting good sleep. And that's why everyone's taking sleep gummies. And everyone's gummies or smoking or ambient. Or I'm going to take half a sleep gummy and at one Tyl. Or I'm going to have one drink and a little bit of NyQuil. Yeah. And just don't drink. Once again, reminder, do not drink the purple five-hour energy.

3:10.1

It is not a sleep drink.

3:11.4

I don't think anyone's making that mistake.

3:12.5

A lot of people have made that mistake like I did.

3:14.3

Do not do it.

3:15.3

Well, the 80-20 sleep method is basically you need to get good sleep 80% of the time and crappy sleep 20% of the time.

3:24.3

So if you allow yourself wiggle room to have crappy sleep, give yourself that space

3:29.3

because it's going to happen.

3:30.8

But 80% of the time, you need to focus on a good sleep.

3:34.8

Meaning you need to go to bed early or when you say you're going to go.
