I've gone from someone as a kid who would have been, that I was frustrated, clubs would get

when it didn't go well, finding it hard to handle the emotions.

And then I remember either 15, 16, just thinking like, this is ridiculous.

And I just flipped, literally one day just flipped.

And I found a mechanism for me that helped me deal with the frustration to allow me
