What's up, guys? Welcome back to Sunday Sports Club podcast, a podcast all about sports. And sometimes

it's all about my husband being released midseason by the Las Vegas Raiders. It happens. I think

it's the podcast fault because we've done it. Since the podcast has been recorded, I've been released twice.

I don't think it's anything to do with the podcast. It has nothing to do with the podcast, but it is weird. Fun fact, also I got released this year the exact same day that I got released last year. Not really a relevant fact, but it's kind of fun. It's actually, it's not funny,

but I talked about it on the last episode. I was like, oh, wow, like a year ago, my husband

was released this upcoming week. And to the freaking day, Isaac was released again. I mean, it popped up

on the TikTok memories. It's kind of triggering it actually is triggering it just

it just brings me back to last year and just feeling so like hopeless and lost and like shit like

where do we belong like are we staying here are we moving yada yada yada and it's no different this year

i feel like this year it's even worse because of the fact that we're about

to welcome a baby into this world. So if you guys are new here, welcome. My name is Allison Cooch. My

husband is Isaac Rochelle. And this is his seventh year in the NFL. He just got released from,

I usually go, oh, my husband plays for the Raiders, but he just got

released from Las Vegas Raiders. And today, I want to talk all about what it's like to be released

mid football season. And more specifically, all of the things that we think about after you're

released and the decisions we have to make and kind of just like the nitty gritty.

I'm also coming at this from a very non-emotional place because I have cried the past like

three or four days just because of, you know, like picturing, bringing home our daughter to one place

and then it kind of gets uprooted, yadaada yada but i feel like i also need to give

a little disclaimer because is i understand that this is very first world problems but at the same time

i want to give you guys insight because i feel like everybody has their own issue everybody has

their own problem you can't compare one person's problem to the next. It sucks because this is our life.
