I don't know why I'm talking like this but uh Florida is getting to me all

anyways Tori is going to get into the devotional without a southern accent

I'll do my best y'all today we are in Psalm 119 verses 67 and 68 and 71 and it's titled

obedience it says I used to wander off until you disciplined me but now I closely

follow your word you are good and do only good teach me your decrease my

suffering was good for me for it taught me to pay attention to your decrease the

love letter from God says beloved child I am the author of your life I love to

give you good things pray to me and ask me to open your eyes to see right from

wrong seek me with all your heart and I will show you the way you should go there

will be times when I will discipline you when I do return to me and enjoy my

abundant blessings if you desire to do my will and walk closely with me you will

have a heart that is full of peace and a life that is full of joy love your

Heavenly Father the reflection says being disciplined by God can lead to a

life changed for the better as hard as it is to walk through the pain of

discipline it's even harder to live your life without God guiding you the

treasure of truth says discipline can save us from self-destruction yeah I

almost wish that there weren't such a negative connotation on discipline

definitely you know I feel like there's such a there's so much negativity wrapped

around it where when people hear that word right it's like a bad thing yeah you

know and yeah and the times whenever I was disciplined as a child it was always
